Our team processes returns within 7 days of receiving the package.

📬 Return to letterbox, select return to relay point to generate your label, stick it on the package. Ask your postman to collect your parcel with thisform and drop the order in your mailbox.

To obtain a return label in France, please provide your invoice number (e.g. LB12345) and your postcode.

Returns are free in France, if you order from abroad the return costs are at your expense.

From abroad you can return your order to the address:

The returned products must be new with their labels, not worn or washed and in their original box perfectly intact.

Upon receipt of your package, our team will proceed to the usual verifications, before validating your refund.

We will send you an email confirming the refund of your order, which will be effective on your account within 3 days.

Any return made by post is your responsibility; we advise you to pack the article well to avoid any deterioration. Otherwise, no claim and/or request for reimbursement will be accepted from the post office, in case of non-receipt of a package.

The 15 day period runs from the time we receive your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this date.

As a small shop we work with a limited stock, which allows us to offer you new products every week. We can't sell products from past collections. That's why we try to deliver as quickly as possible.
