If you have fallen for a beautiful piece but you can't pick up your order at a relay point or at home in the next few days, don't worry! Slip us a little message when you order with your return date and we'll drop your package off at the post office 48 hours before.
When your package is shipped you will receive an email with the number of your package and the link to track it. You can find this information in your order history.
Don't worry Loëla delivers worldwide! Our close links with the French Post Office allow us to ship to the 4 corners of the world through the Colissimo solution. All orders have a tracking number which will be provided to you as soon as your package leaves the shop. And depending on your country of residence and the amount of your order, shipping costs may be offered to you. See the Delivery page for full details.
If by misfortune you are absent during the passage of your factor for the delivery of an order in Colissimo Domicile with Signature, do not worry your order will be available in your nearest post office during 15 days.
Refunds & Returns
Our priority is to satisfy you and make sure that you wear Loëla outfits with pleasure, you are our ambassadors and we love you for that!
That is why, if ever an article does not suit you, you have 15 days to return it (from the date of receipt) and get a full refund.
And the least we can do is offer you the return shipping, so follow this link for the Free Returnsprocedure
No, you don't need to have a customer account. You can generate your own return form from our portal by entering your order reference and postcode. Follow the information on the Free Returns page for the procedure to follow.
As soon as our team receives your package, we will process your return within 7 working days. Refunds are made with the same payment method used to place the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is validated.
We have very little stock on each model, so it is very difficult for us to manage exchanges. You will have to place a new order with the item you want to exchange and ask for a free return for the one you want to return.
The 15 day period runs from the time we receive your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after this date.
As a small shop we work with a limited stock, which allows us to offer you new products every week. We can't sell products from past collections. That's why we try to deliver as quickly as possible.
If once the package is received you notice that there is a defect, send us a picture to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, your name and surname. We will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution together.
I come to the store
If you live near Pau or are passing through the region, you can collect your order free of charge from the shop. All pick-up orders are ready within 24 hours after payment validation and will be waiting for you in shop for 7 days. You can try on the clothes in the shop and exchange them if the model does not suit you.
As for the orders in delivery you have 15 days to change your mind.
You can see directly on the article's card if it is available in our store. If below the add to cart button, it is indicated that the article is available for Click&Collect, it means that it is in stock in our store.
Unfortunately we cannot make online reservations. However, you can place an order with a shop pick-up and try it on site, if the model does not suit you the refund will be made within the day.
When you place a first order at Loëla you do not create a customer account. Thereafter, with each order, our site links your order to the previous ones in relation to your email address.
If you wish to activate a customer account, to follow your orders or consult your history.
All our models are proposed in limited series, do not count on a restocking. If an article is unavailable it is possible that a customer returns it at that time you can be warned by registering in the tab "Warn me if available" on the page of the product in question.
We work exclusively with French brands, some of them have chosen to manufacture abroad to offer more attractive prices or to get closer to a know-how that we do not have in France (Portugal for shoes and textiles, Morocco for leather, India for cotton...)
In all cases we always prefer manufacturers who take care of the environment and their employees.
When a garment is made in France it is indicated in its description.
For each product you will find the washing instructions on the product sheet.
If you have a doubt about a product that is no longer online, contact us by email with the reference of the model in question.
Each brand uses different size patterns, to know which size to take you can refer to the following table.

Size --> S --> 1 --> 36/38
Size --> M --> 2 --> 38/40
Size --> L --> 3 --> 40/42

You can order a gift card online or buy it in store, it will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The minimum amount is 20€.
If you wish to offer a higher value than the ones proposed, you just have to add up the amounts.
Of course, the gift card can be used in several instalments, and if the recipient chooses an article of a higher amount than the card, she will be able to complete it with the proposed means of payment.
It is valid on the eshop and in store.
